Very clean and well maintained hotel. One of the best we've found in the Golden Triangle. Outstanding service from the front desk team. Everybody is very helpful.
Visited this place during mid of April & very pleased with my stay. They are having breakfast options which are better than other nearby hotels. Different meals were served everyday. The staff here is very friendly especially in reception and housekeeping. Housekeeping was great and the hotel is brand new. Overall it was an excellent stay! I would love to stay again here.

This is a fabulous, outstanding hotel. First a big shout out to Haley, front desk, she was incredibly friendly to all and so kind to my kids! She was a pleasure to talk to. Now the hotel was super duper clean and well kept. It’s about three years old and still smells new. Everything in the room was like new and crazy clean! We had 2 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of room! The house keepers were very attentive and friendly. The pool area was immaculate! Now the breakfast, amazing!! Far and away the BEST hotel breakfast I’ve ever had! I would have happily paid for this buffet! The ladies that run the buffet are killing it!! I seriously would love it this place!!!
I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and it’s always so clean and quiet! The staff is great and responds so quickly to anything you need help with. Humberto was especially helpful this morning. It’s my go-to hotel in this area because of the cleanliness, safety, and the great staff!
Visited for graduation at Lamar University. Hotel is 10 minutes from the university which is great. Good food choices around it. Hotel looks really nice and the rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Will be back if we travel in the area again
The staff here is incredibly nice and accommodating. The breakfast is great and has a lot of options. There is plenty of parking and fairly easy to get in and out of. The bed is very comfortable with multiple pillow options from soft to firm depending on your sleep style. The TV swivels around to accommodate the beds when you are sleeping or sitting on the couch depending on where you are in the room. The couch has an awesome foot rest to prop your feet up, eat on or use a laptop on when working. There are bar stools in the kitchen area tucked under the counter and the kitchen area allows you to watch TV while you prep food. The closet was nice and spacious with an iron and ironing board. Overall I loved my visit and enjoyed this property a lot. If you need to stay in town this is one of the best options you can choose.
I absolutely love this hotel. I stay here every time I visit Port Arthur. The rooms are ALWAYS cleaned well, the beds are comfortable and the staff always nice and friendly. And I must say its in walking distance if several great restaurants so you don't necessarily need a car. I love this place and will always give 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
